Tri-County Lakes Administrative Commission (TLAC), Appalachian Power Company (APCO), and the Department of Wildlife Resources (DWR) coordinate application processes to ensure compliance with lake regulations, environmental standards, and safety guidelines. Waterway Markers: Applications to install or remove regulatory or navigational buoys on Smith Mountain Lake or Leesville Lake.

Dock & Shoreline Permits: Approvals for new dock construction, structural modifications, repairs, dredging, vegetation removal, and shoreline stabilization.
